Hello! We’re trying to re-upholster our dining chairs. They are a white color (of course you can’t even tell the original color by looking at them anymore 
)… We were thinking to use a fabric that will be childproof this time around. Are there any suggestions? We’re looking for something that will keep its color and won’t absorb anything that is spilled or anything like that. Something that will keep 2 and 1 year old kids from ruining them again. Please help!

I’d suggest microsuede/fiber. A little bit more expensive but the best choice for durability, easy clean up and most importantly apperance.
I have seen fabric that is a faux leather, sold by the metre. It would be a good idea because you can just wipe it over. I have never used it so i am not saying that it won’t stain but you could google it and see what you find.
