I am purchasing a dining room set from an individual. It is a country, but sort of formal style 96″ table w/pedestal legs, 8 pressed back chairs a huge china cabinet w/shelves and lights and a buffet. It is only one year old and barely used. It is solid oak and good quality. I can’t seem to find comparable pieces online to determine if I’m getting a bargain? Any ideas how much its worth or where to find out?

probably somewher around $ 1,200 i kinda have one like dat at my house
