did anybody see these dining chairs somewhere ?

i found these chairs on the overstock.com website ,but before i got to order them they ran out of stock overstock doesnt know if/when they will receive them again .i have a table but no chairs and i dont know how to find the manufacturers name .
i have to have these chairs

they have them in stock. they look pretty much the same. They are made by Modus Furniture, they are $ 199 for the pair.
